Check the full model ID before comparing input and output quotes. Keep different model versions separate.
Confirm the protocol, streaming and tool support your client requires, then validate compatibility with a real workload.
For long text tasks, also check caching, context limits and billing conditions; an input price alone does not establish these terms.

API relay review questions

Does a Claude price quote guarantee availability?

A quote describes published pricing. Availability depends on measurements for the model, group and observation window; missing samples indicate neither success nor failure.

Can Claude relay reviews replace workload testing?

No. Public evaluations cover only the tasks and times stated in the report. Long context, tools and concurrency requirements still need separate authorized validation.
