What to report
- The exact page, field, measurement, or statement you believe is wrong.
- Why it is materially inaccurate or misleading.
- A dated primary source, reproducible observation, or test limitation supporting the request.
- Your relationship to the service and whether the issue is urgent for security, privacy, or legal reasons.
How review works
Folkbench verifies the request against the cited source, active snapshot, evidence window, and methodology version. We may ask for clarification, consult the vendor, reproduce a safe check, add a limitation, correct a fact, withdraw a snapshot, or decline an unsupported request.
Material publication changes should preserve an audit record. We do not silently replace measured facts with a vendor statement or treat an email as new measurement evidence.
Security, privacy, and secret exposure
Mark urgent reports clearly. Do not paste credentials, personal data, raw private evidence, or active exploit payloads into an initial message. Provide a safe description so Folkbench can arrange an appropriate channel if more detail is needed.
Appeals
If you disagree with a correction decision, identify the decision, the overlooked evidence, and the outcome requested. A different opinion, commercial concern, or request for a better ranking is not by itself evidence of an error.
Submit a request
Use the Folkbench contact page and include “Folkbench correction” in the subject.
