Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about AI relay prices, availability, listings and corrections.

Last reviewed

Which units are used for price comparisons?

Language model input and output prices are shown separately per million tokens. Image and video prices keep their actual per-image or per-second units. Check the currency, channel group and unit before comparing.

Does a published quote mean the relay has been tested?

No. Published quotes, official reference prices and availability samples are separate facts. Measured availability requires published samples; missing data does not mean a zero score or an outage.

Does the lowest price cover every relay?

The lowest price covers only the published quotes displayed on that page, not the entire market. Input and output prices are compared separately, without mixing currencies or units.

Does availability guarantee future reliability?

No. Availability describes historical records within the sampling window shown on the page. Check the model, channel group and update time when choosing a service.

Why are some pages excluded from search indexing?

Model, ranking and relay data pages require at least one published availability sample or two distinct quotes. Pages with insufficient evidence remain accessible but are not submitted for indexing.

How can I report incorrect or outdated data?

Use the contact page and include the public page address, a description and an approximate time. Do not send API keys, passwords or other credentials.
