Describe the affected Folkbench page or account flow, the approximate time, and any safe request or case identifier. Do not send passwords, session cookies, OAuth codes, API keys, payment secrets, or raw private evidence.
Vendor and organization cooperation
For vendor participation, research, data, or enterprise cooperation, identify your organization, role, service, and intended scope. Sending an email does not authorize testing or create a vendor agreement.
Security, privacy, abuse, and corrections
Use the support address with “Folkbench security report”, “Folkbench privacy request”, “Folkbench abuse report”, or “Folkbench correction” in the subject. Send a minimal initial report; we may arrange a safer channel for sensitive details.
Folkbench does not provide an emergency service. Contact local emergency services where there is an immediate threat to life or safety.
